[ARCHIVED] Police Seeking Help Identifying Suspect in Downtown Burglary

400 Meeting

The Charleston Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a burglary at the leasing office of an apartment complex located at 400 Meeting Street.

On March 4, 2025, at approximately 11:45 p.m., an unidentified male suspect broke into the leasing office and stole multiple packages. Detectives have obtained images of the individual believed to be responsible and are seeking information to assist in identifying him.

Anyone with information related to this incident can contact the Charleston Police Department at 843-720-2422 and request to speak with the on-duty Central Detective. Tips can also be submitted anonymously online at https://charlestonpd.fususvault.com/tips.
