The Charleston Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Elizabeth Anna Poinsette-Fisher. She was last observed Monday, September 2, 2024, at approximately 6:27 pm. Ms. Poinsette-Fisher is 88 years old, 5’2 in height, approximately 150 pounds and has memory issues.
She was last known to be in possession of a vehicle (2016 grey/silver Dodge Journey bearing SC Tag: MZH714). The vehicle was last captured on a License Plate Reader near HWY 17 @ US 278 traveling southbound.
