The Charleston Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. Owen Tillman Kenney was last seen by friends in the area of King Street and Burns Lane on October 31, at 2 a.m. Owen Kenney is 19 years old, 6’1 in height and 155 pounds.
He was last seen wearing the Boston Celtics jersey in the attached photo.
