The Department of Budget, Finance and Revenue Collections (BFRC) is responsible for a diverse set of internal administrative functions that encompass the following:

  • Revenue Forecasting and Collections
  • Safety Management Citywide

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as both the departmental director and as the City's chief financial advisor.
