Responsibilities
The Procurement Division has the responsibility and the authority to purchase goods, services, and supplies through the use of Invitation For Bids (IFBs), Request For Quotes (RFQs), Request For Proposals (RFPs) and Purchase Orders. The Procurement Division also has the responsibility for issuing term contracts price negotiating and delivery of goods and services for the City of Charleston.
Public Meeting Notices
All Public Meeting Notices, regarding Procurement Division Bid Openings and RFP Meetings, will be posted in the Procurement Office in the Reception Area. All notices will be posted at least 24 hours before the meeting.
