Clara Program Opens in new window

Through KCB's award winning Clean City Clara & Talking Trash school programs, students learn to live litter-free lives and are encouraged to reduce their waste through recycling and composting practices. These interactive presentations inspire volunteerism and waste responsibility within Charleston's youth. To utilize our school programs, please fill out this online registration form.

Clara's Kids Club Youth Litter Sweep Program encourages environmental stewardship in children by cleaning up their local communities. Events rotate to different park locations within the City of Charleston, and are open to the public. More information about program & upcoming events can be found on the program webpage (linked above).

Additionally, KCB has a collection of books that range from different environmental topics like recycling, composting, and more! Our library books may only be utilized by teachers and homeschoolers. For more detail, please check out our Borrow-A-Book program webpage.
