  • Lack of online presence reinforced & intensified competitive disadvantages.

  • The Municipal Association of SC wanted to remove barriers and reduce costs for small business owners and communities looking to start or expand their online presence.

  • Grassroots economic development is a key aspect of one of the Municipal Association of SC’s technical assistance programs, Main Street SC. Main Street SC staff serve as marketplace managers for this platform.
