Overview
The City is undergoing several major tunnel and pump drainage projects as outlined in the Master Drainage and Floodplain Management Plan. These projects are cost and time intensive but significantly help decrease the amount of time it takes for water in an associated flooded basin to drain, particularly at high tide when water may have little or no other place to go. Learn more about why water has little or no place to go at high tide.
