Thumbs up Storm Water Tunnel Construction

Storm Water Tunnel Construction

Workers make their way down the Market Street tunnel. The metal ribs and wooden lagging is used to temporarily hold the tunnel's shape. The final lining will be a smooth concrete finish approximately 1 foot thick. The ribs and lagging will stay in place.
