Thumbs up Market Street Tunnel

Market Street Tunnel

A 10-ft diameter tunnel that runs 140 feet under Market Street from the working shaft to Church Street (approximately 1,200 linear ft). Three drop shafts will be constructed between the Market buildings and will convey water from the street to the tunnel.
