The City of Charleston is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced General Contractors for the renovations to Fire Station #18.  The description of qualified bidders is outlined in Section 6 of the Instruction to Bidders. The scope of the work is interior renovations and modifications to the existing 11,363 SF building, as shown in the drawings.

Bids will be received until Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 2:30 pm
