The City of Charleston (City) is accepting Bid Proposals for construction services for the Drainage Outfall Improvement Project – Sandcroft Drive. The Work will include hydroexcavation of 183 LF of open channel at the Sandcroft Drive drainage outfall, including any necessary matting and dewatering, in order to re-establish the channel back to design as shown in the Drawings.
