East Side Grocery Resources
As the City continues to work to bring a full service grocery store to the East Side neighborhood, following the recent closing of the Meeting Street Bi-Lo, below is a list of existing resources in the community where citizens can purchase groceries and medications.

Family Dollar, 478 Meeting St (1 block from former Bi-Lo)
Recently upgraded their store and expanded their food offerings. Discounts on house and name brands including Hanes, Purina, Frito-Lay, Crest, Campbell's and more. Accepts cash, credit and EBT.
