  1. Charleston Farmers Market

    July 27, 2019, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM @ Marion Square

    Founded by Mayor Joe Riley in 1988 with the Clemson University Cooperative Extension Service, the CFM is produced by the City of Charleston Office of Cultural Affairs, in cooperation with the City of Charleston Parks Department and Special Events Committee. Located in historic Marion Square, the CFM has been ranked by Travel and Leisure magazine as one of the top 10 farmers markets in the nation and the City Paper's annual "Best Of" edition has proclaimed the CFM as "Best Outdoor Event" and/or "Best Attraction" for five years running. The CFM is open each Saturday, from April through November, 8:00am to 2:00pm with select Sundays and adjusted hours during the Piccolo Spoleto Festival and Saturdays and Sundays during Holiday Magic in December. Attracting locals and visitors alike, the CFM is the community connection bringing together people from all parts of the Lowcountry and beyond.

  3. Open Gym

    July 27, 2019, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Johns Island Park

    Open gym is a two-hour open workout for children ages 6 and older. Participants do not have to have prior gymnastics experience. Open gym is a great way to see if your child is interested in the sport or just wants to come and have some fun. This class is limited to 30 openings in each session.   4. UPLIFT M.E. Back to School Event

    The Back to School Event bash gives away book bags filled with school supplies for children in elementary to high school. Different community vendors there to provide information. Join us for games, jump castles, and other fun activities as we prepare to go back to school! Ages: 5-18
