  1. Charleston Farmers Market - Special Holiday Hours

    December 16, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM @ Marion Square

    Founded by Mayor Joe Riley in 1989, and the Clemson University Cooperative Extension Service, the Charleston Farmers Market (CFM) is produced by the City of Charleston Office of Cultural Affairs, in cooperation with the City of Charleston Parks Department and Special Events Committee. The CFM is open each Saturday, from April through November, 8:00am to 2:00pm with select Sundays and adjusted hours during the Piccolo Spoleto Festival and Saturdays and Sundays during Holiday Magic in December. Attracting locals and visitors alike, the CFM is the community connection bringing together people from all parts of the Lowcountry and beyond.

  2. Annual Holiday Parade

    December 16, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM @ Broad Street at Rutlege Avenue, Meeting Street, Calhoun Street, disperses on Calhoun between East Bay and Meeting Streets

    This holiday tradition is better than ever as bands, floats, marchers and performers parade through downtown Charleston.
