Magnolia Park & Community Garden
Magnolia Park and Community Garden is home to the Charleston Park Conservancy. This garden has 60 individually leased garden plots as well as 14 community beds and a small greenhouse. The Conservancy's community garden coordinator and horticulture staff teach classes and work with gardeners, providing advice and resources. Volunteers help with the larger community plots, and vegetables harvested from these community beds are donated to local food pantries, used in teaching a variety of gardening classes, and offered to those who donate their time in the garden. The park also has free Wi-Fi and a large open area for playing catch with the dog or tossing a Frisbee with friends.
