Please be advised of the following notice from the City of Charleston Municipal Court Administration:
Consistent with the procedures announced by Chief Justice Beatty the City of Charleston is implementing the following plan:
- All court sessions are postponed until further directives are received from Court Administration.
- Video bond hearings will remain as scheduled. Witnesses and family members are requested to contact Court Administration prior to attending a hearing in person at the Municipal Court.
