Beginning at 3:00AM on Sunday, September 23, one of the
City’s online payment processors will be completing system maintenance tasks
which will take the payments systems offline during this period. Affected
systems are the Government Management System (GMS / EnerGov / CAP / Customer
Access Portal) and the Municipal Court Online Payments page. Online payments
will resume after maintenance is completed and the associated payment sites are
back online (scheduled to be completed by 9:00AM on Sunday, September 23).
Other functions of the Government Management System (GMS /
EnerGov / CAP), such as requesting Inspections for your Permits or Applying for
Permits (Single Family - New or Operational Permit - Short Term Rental) will
remain online during this period.
Other online payment portals such as Recreation Online and
Parking Citation Payments Online are not impacted by this maintenance.
