When & Where
On Saturday, September 23 from 8:30am-1pm, join us at Colonial Lake in downtown Charleston for a fun morning of fishing and fun!

How Tournament Works
When you arrive at Colonial Lake on September 23, please check in at the registration table. You must pre-register - we will not take walk-ups! Once you're checked in, find your spot along the lake and get to fishing! The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources will provide 2 weigh stations located on 2 sides of the lake. As you catch fish, bring it in a bucket of water to the weigh station to get weighed and entered into your age group. Age groups will be 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12. Only children in those age groups can submit fish, but anyone can enjoy the day! All fishing must be with a rod and reel or cane pole. No cast nets or other fishing devices are allowed. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
The fishing tournament will begin at 8:30am and end at 11am. Join us for a fun festival after fishing from 11am-1pm that includes food trucks, a mechanical shark ride, and other fun activities. During the festival, you can visit with 8 top area fishing vendors as well!
Winners will be announced at 12:30pm at Moultrie Park. Prizes include trophies and a $300 Free Fly Apparel Gift Card.
