Participants will learn how to build and increase physical activity levels while in water. You will learn core stabilization, increase flexibility and range of motion, and build endurance with stretching at the end of class. Swimming skills are not needed and each person works at their own pace. Participants must provide their own equipment.
This fitness class will be taking place in the deep end of the pool and requires participants to tread water for the duration of the class .

Arthritis Aquatics Fitness Program
This class allows you to exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles. The gentle activities in warm water, with guidance from a trained instructor with help you gain strength and flexibility.
