We are excited to announce that there are changes to our benefits for 2020.

Be sure to review the onsite department visit schedule and download the Benefitfocus App to complete your enrollment. 

An enroller will be available at various City locations to assist employees who have never had Aflac/Unum products, or for those who wish to make changes to those benefits.  See the Open Enrollment calendar for the locations.  If you are unable to meet with the enroller, you can call the WorkPlace Solutions Call Center at 1-800-227-9985.  Their call center is open from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm.

  • Log into HR InTouch HERE
  • Onsite Enrollment Counselors for Unum/Aflac

  • *We recommend that you have a copy of your most recent check stub with you when completing your enrollment to ensure that you are aware of all current coverage.

*Please note that 2019 1095-C reports will be available in the HR InTouch System.  They will not be mailed.  Additional information will be sent when the forms are ready.  Please contact HR if you need further information.

Any changes that you need to make to your benefits will be accepted during this time for plan year 2020. If you need to:

  •  Add/Drop a dependent
  •  Enroll/Re-enroll into the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program (medical or dependent day care)
  •  Change medical plans - ex: Change from the HRA to the HSA
  •  Increase your Additional Life Insurance benefit
  •  Update beneficiaries - forms available above

If you plan to add a dependent, such as your spouse or dependent child, you must bring the following documents to HR:
Spouse:    Copy of Social Security Card
                 Copy of Marriage License

Children:  Copy of Social Security Card  
                 Copy of long form Birth Certificate
**If these documents are not provided by the end of Open Enrollment, you may risk your dependent being removed from the plan.
