The Finance Division is responsible for the accounting and reporting of all city revenue collections and expenditure disbursements.  This division has important responsibilities in the areas of cash/investment management, coordination of all city borrowings, accounting for all capital assets of the city and professional liaison with the city's independent external auditor.  The Finance Division prepares and publishes the city's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).
