ABC Developmental Programs
Fall ABC SuperStart

This will be clinic format and will focus on learning to socialize and exercise in a positive, non-competitive setting. Each clinic will teach fitness and sportsmanship with an emphasis on FUN! Participants will stretch, run, jump, kick, throw, learn spatial awareness, and understand teamwork. This will not be sport specific but will include all types of sports related activities to encourage fitness and movement. Clinics will be 45 minutes and last for 6 weeks. 

Daniel Island (Governors Park): Saturdays at 9:00am (starting September 8)

James Island (JIRC): Wednesdays at 5:15pm (starting August 22); Saturdays at 9:00am (starting August 25)

Downtown (Gadsdenboro Park): Saturdays at 9:00am (starting September 8)

West Ashley (BLRC): Mondays at 4:30pm & 5:30pm (starting September 10); Saturdays at 8:30am (starting September 8)



Fall ABC Soccer

This will be clinic format and will incorporate all the skills learned in the 3 year old clinic, but now start the sport specific training to soccer. Emphasis will be on proper technique of kicking the ball, throw-ins, beginning soccer position play, and teamwork. We will encourage sportsmanship and learning to play as a team. Coaches will be used along with clinicians and lesson manuals. Clinics will be 45 minutes and last for 6 weeks. 


Daniel Island (Governors Park): Wednesdays at 5:00pm (starting September 5); Saturdays at 10:00am (starting September 8)

James Island (JIRC): Mondays at 5:15pm (starting August 20); Saturdays at 10:00am (starting August 25)

Downtown (Gadsdenboro Park): Saturdays at 9:00am & 10:00am (starting September 8); Thursdays at 5:15pm (starting September 6)

West Ashley (BLRC): Tuesdays at 4:00pm, 5:00pm & 6:00pm (starting September 11); Saturdays at 9:30am & 10:30am (starting September 8)


Fall ABC Flag Football

This will be clinic format and will incorporate all the skills learned in the 3 year old clinic, but now start the sport specific training to flag football. Emphasis will be on proper technique of throwing, catching, offensive and defensive positions, flag pulling, and teamwork. We will encourage sportsmanship and learning to play as a team. Coaches will be used along with clinicians and lesson manuals. Clinics will be 45 minutes and last for 6 weeks. 


Daniel Island (Governors Park): Wednesdays at 5:45pm (starting September 5); Saturdays at 9:00am (starting September 8)

James Island (JIRC): Tuesdays at 5:30pm (starting August 21); Saturdays at 9:30am (starting August 25)

West Ashley (BLRC): Wednesdays at 5:30pm & 6:30pm (starting September 12)
